Do you take walk-ins?
We keep a few same-week emergency slots. Call the Domain desk first so we can hold a chair.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Photo ID, insurance card if you have one, and a list of medications. New-patient exam is $99.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — we can write an estimate before treatment and discuss CareCredit or a staged plan.

Sí. The front desk and Dr. Chen / Dr. Reyes speak Spanish. Visit summaries can be in Spanish.
