Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
We see patients by appointment to keep wait times short, but we always triage urgent walk-ins. Call ahead if you can so we can prepare a room.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Any previous medical records, current medications, and your pet's favorite treats. Dogs on a leash, cats in a carrier, please.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — wellness plans spread preventive care across monthly payments, and we can provide a written estimate before any procedure.
How do I get prescription refills?
Request refills from the Medications page in the Pet Owner Portal. Most refills are ready within one business day.
